Senior Finance Manager role based in Limassol, Cyprus, managing high-risk, high-volume payments in sectors like iGaming, Sports Betting, Trading/Brokerage, and FinTech.
Responsibilities
- Manage payment gateways, acquirers, processors & banking relationships
- Lead the finance function and work closely with the Finance Specialist
- Oversee global payouts, reconciliations & treasury
- Own cash flow, budgeting, forecasting & board reporting
- Lead accounting, audit, tax & financial controls
- Lead the finance team while staying hands-on
Requirements
- 10+ years in Finance
- ACA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent)
- Strong experience with payment processors, chargebacks & reserves
- Multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Xero (or similar ERP/accounting software)
Conditions
- Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation support available)
