Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure new workstations
- Register users in internal systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software
- Participate in IT infrastructure development projects
- Help ensure information security
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of PC and server architecture
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern computer hardware
- Experience with Windows (7, 8, 10) and macOS
- Basic knowledge of server operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies
