Mayflower is an international technology company seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their Limassol office team, focusing on secure AWS cloud infrastructure and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and manage secure AWS cloud infrastructure in tight collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Build PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, managing security controls, IAM, network security, and encryption.
- Integrate automated security checks (SAST, SCA) directly into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement robust security monitoring, logging, and incident alerting using AWS Security tools & ELK.
- Prepare for and actively participate in PCI DSS audits, maintaining vulnerability and change management processes.
- Champion a DevSecOps culture across the organization by training teams on secure engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Strong expertise in AWS security services (WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS, Secrets Manager, Inspector, etc.).
- Practical experience with PCI DSS compliance requirements and infrastructure security baselines.
- Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform / Terragrunt / OpenTofu) and logging/monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK).
- Proficiency with SAML, SSO, MFA, network security, and encryption techniques.
- English level B1 or higher.
- AWS Security / CISSP / CCSP / CKS certifications or GitOps experience will be a strong plus!
