A fast-growing international iGaming company seeks an experienced Global People Director to lead global HR functions and partner with executive leadership on organizational growth and talent strategy across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
- Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy
- Lead and develop international HR teams across multiple locations
- Drive talent development, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Build compensation, career progression, and retention frameworks
- Coach managers and senior leaders to build high-performing teams
- Leverage people analytics and HR data to support business decisions
- Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-powered HR initiatives
Requirements
- Proven senior HR leadership experience within iGaming (must)
- Experience leading global HR teams across multiple countries
- Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching
- Experience building compensation, performance, and retention frameworks
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Hands-on, business-oriented leadership approach
- Familiarity with AI and automation in HR processes
- Fluent English
