• Are you passionate about Casino and looking to take the next step in your iGaming career?     We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join our Belgian team. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring our Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.     If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and have a passion for Casino products, we'd love to hear from you.  
• A  flavour  of what  you'll  do  
• Report directly to the Casino Manager  for  Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.  
• Own the Belgium game release roadmap   ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure  timely  delivery of new games and product updates.  
• Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and  mobile     identifying  and escalating any issues before  launch .  
• Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.  
• Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.  
• Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino  tournaments    ensuring  all configurations are completed accurately and on time.  
• Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.  
• Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.  
• Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for  optimisation .  
• Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.  
• Assist  with gameplay investigations, provider  queries  and any Casino-related operational requests.  
• Support reporting,  presentations  and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.    
• Requirements  
• Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry.  
• Good understanding of Casino products and game providers.  
• Strong  organisational  skills with excellent attention to detail.  
• Experience testing digital products or Casino games is considered an advantage.  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.  
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  
• Self-motivated,  proactive  and  solution-oriented .  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.
