Peterson Technology Partners (PTP), Chicago-based IT staffing, consulting and recruiting firm, is hiring US IT Recruiters for EST shift.

Bachelors Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
3 to 15 years of professional experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements.
In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
Proficient in English.
