- For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. We’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.
- What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.
- Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book , which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Scribe , our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
- We have a massive vision and even more ideas, but right now, our ambitions are outstripping our capacity. We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is ready to be a foundational force in our data function - not just reporting on what happened, but identifying what needs to happen next.
- At , we don't just wait for a roadmap to be handed down; we expect you to help shape it. As a Senior, you’ll be a strategic partner to your pod leads, proactively hunting for the insights that will define our next move. You’ll be expected to challenge our assumptions, lead high-stakes projects from end-to-end, and act as a mentor to those around you. This is a role for a high-agency critical thinker who is energised by the "blank canvas" of a growing function and has the drive to turn raw data into a better reality for millions of patients.
- You will translate product vision into measurable strategy by partnering deeply with Pod Leads to define what success looks like and ensuring every initiative is backed by a robust measurement framework.
- You will lead our experimentation initiatives by independently proposing and running A/B tests - or other rigorous methodologies- to validate product hypotheses and influence our direction.
- You will interrogate user behaviour to find the "why" by leading end-to-end analytical projects that look past the surface to find the underlying drivers of engagement and retention.
- You will build the engine for self-service insights by creating the dashboards and mental models that ensure your pod has high-quality data at their fingertips to move fast.
- You are a strategic investigator who identifies trends and bottlenecks before they are raised as tickets, effectively using data to tell us what we should be doing next.
- You have a proven track record of influencing product through strong "Product Thinking," with deep expertise in conversion funnels, activation, retention, and cohort analysis.
- You are an independent project leader who can take a vague business question and turn it into a structured, technical investigation without needing a map.
- You have a high-level technical toolkit, with mastery of SQL and the ability to use Python or R to perform complex extractions and transformations.
- You are a mentor and a multiplier, excited to share your knowledge, elevate the technical bar of the team, and help others communicate their findings more clearly.
- You are a power user of product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, capable of setting the standard for how we track and visualise user behaviour across the platform.
- You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to fix healthcare communication
- £60,000 - £80,000 salary + share options up to £31,500
- Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life
- Flexible working: We are an office-first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am - 4pm
- Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year
- Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support
- We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat!
