• 1. 仕事内容 ▼職務内容 私たちは、ゲーム向けオンラインサービスのサーバーアプリケーションを開発しています。このオンラインサービスは、ゲームコンソールに加え、モバイルや PC 向けにも提供されており、世界有数の規模で多くのユーザーに利用されています。提供する機能には、フレンドとのメッセージ、ボイスチャット、スコアランキング、マッチメイキングなどがあり、こうした機能をさらに拡大していくために、新たな仲間を募集しています。 私たちのサービスは自社で開発しており、業務内容は要件定義、設計、コーディング、テスト等の開発業務に加え、クライアント開発チーム/グローバル組織との協業、DevOps でライブ感のあるサービス運用、ゲーム開発者とのコミュニケーションなど多岐にわたります。私たちは開発を Scrum というアジャイル方式で行っているため、これらの様々な業務を Scrum チーム内で役割分担をして遂行しています。本求人の対象は、開発業務の Scrum チームのメンバーです。 ▼組織/職場紹介 私たちはゲームというエンタテインメントを通じて、あらゆる年代や人種を超え世界中の人々に最高の遊び場を提供するために日々取り組んでいます。 私たちの組織には、組織自体も、提供しているプラットフォームもグローバルで大規模であるという特徴があります。本求人の組織では、主に米国のチームと協力しながらサービスの開発を行っており、提供しているプラットフォームは世界の数多くのユーザの巨大なトラフィックを日々処理しています。この環境で私たちは英語力や技術力などで様々なチャレンジをしています。この中には、海外チームとのミーティングや出張の機会もあります。 私たちが自社でサービス開発を行っているプラットフォーマーであることは、業務の幅の広さにも影響しています。一般のゲームプレイヤー向けの B2C だけではなく、
