Role of Head of Family Office managing strategic and operational aspects for a serial entrepreneur with businesses in AI and robotics, working remotely.
About the company
- You will work directly with the owner of multiple international businesses—a serial entrepreneur and investor building next-generation companies in artificial intelligence and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Family Office.
- Oversee the founder's personal and corporate assets.
- Coordinate international holding and ownership structures.
- Manage a diversified investment portfolio, including venture capital, private equity, real estate, public markets, and alternative investments.
- Liaise with banks, investment advisors, legal counsel, and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and optimize international tax and corporate structures while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and liquidity management.
- Prepare financial reports, investment analyses, and strategic briefing materials for the founder.
- Support major transactions, investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Oversee matters related to real estate, insurance, and other personal assets.
- Manage the Family Office team and external service providers.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality across all activities and information.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within a Family Office, Private Office, Private Wealth Management, Private Equity, or managing substantial private wealth.
- Proven experience managing complex international structures.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, corporate finance, and asset management.
- Expertise in international tax planning and corporate structuring.
- Experience working with HNWIs/UHNWIs.
- Exceptional financial and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing external advisors.
- Fluent English is essential.
- High degree of autonomy, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with technology entrepreneurs or founders of high-growth companies.
- Experience supporting international transactions, fundraising, and investment activities.
- Knowledge of UK, US, and European legal and tax frameworks.
- CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications are highly desirable.
