- Currently developing a practical AI agent that automates key recruiting workflows by planning tasks and interacting with APIs to reduce manual data entry and improve candidate engagement.
- Plans to expand the AI agent to other parts of the company after initial deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design architecture of AI agent and its interaction with other software components.
- Design and ship AI features end-to-end including prompt logic, tool/function schemas, input/output validation, and integration with APIs/services.
- Build reliable evaluation pipelines involving golden sets, automatic metrics, and human review loops to improve quality, cost, and latency.
- Add observability such as telemetry for prompts and versions, error taxonomies, and drift detection.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define clear data contracts and stable interfaces.
- Write concise design documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software engineering.
- Backend engineering experience with any stack (Python, Java, Node.js, .Net).
- English level B1 or higher.
- Experience shipping large language model (LLM) powered systems at scale, including system design and setting engineering standards.
