- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
- Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support in emergency situations
- Must be comfortable working in a high-stress environment balancing several projects at any given time, and the flexibility to adjust for abrupt changes in strategic direction

The Contractor Service Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple service contracts for maintenance of facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, coordinate, and act as the liaison for multiple service contracts such as janitorial, DI water systems, pest control, fuel distribution, landscaping, waste management, etc.
- Partner with Purchasing on the RFP/bid process for multiple service contracts
- Coordinate operational schedules for vendors to not affect or slow down the operation
- Work with suppliers to increase efficiency in service delivery
- Ensure vendors meet , Air Force and NASA standards while delivering promised services, materials, and craftsmanship in the agreed timeframe
- Manage the traffic of operational requests and follow through completing of tasks that require support from vendors engages in continued service contract
- Interact with tradesman, contractors and building officials to coordinate and execute maintenance repair of facilities support equipment
- Direct system repairs of Facilities, HVAC equipment, electrical systems, fire protection, water and plumbing infrastructure, paint, and grounds keeping
- Coordinate and facilitate furniture requests to align with site standards
- Manage fleet vehicle requests, insurance, tags and maintenance with automotive shop
