Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives
- Support manager onboarding and development; facilitate team workshops
- Participate in calibration and development discussions together with HRBP Leads
- Contribute to the development of Mayflower Academy and shared learning practices
Requirements
- 3+ years in L&D, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with managers and translating business needs into learning solutions
- Strong planning and ownership mindset — from idea to delivery
- Fluent English (B2+)
