Wiztech is a fast-growing technology company in the iGaming industry, seeking a CRM QA Engineer with experience in testing CRM campaigns and customer lifecycle management.

Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience in the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience testing CRM campaigns, including customer journeys, promotions, bonuses, triggers, segmentation, and communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, and In-App).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign validation and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working with CRM platforms; Smartico experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience creating test cases, reporting defects, and performing regression testing.
- Ability to analyze campaign logic and identify edge cases.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Good written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
Conditions
