Boutique real estate and fast-growing development company in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking an experienced Business & Financial Analyst for full-time office work with a €4,000 gross salary.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios
- Prepare business plans and feasibility studies for real estate development projects
- Analyze project profitability, ROI, and investment opportunities
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and investors
- Support strategic planning, corporate structuring, and investor relations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong finance background is a must
- Experience in real estate development (3+ years) will be a strong advantage
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis
- Solid understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures
- Advanced Excel
- English: Advanced
- Russian: native or fluent preferred
