We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of 's AI-native Tax Operating System. You'll design new AI-powered products and experiences, simplify complex tax workflows, and help define the future of our platform.
You'll join an independent Design organization, working alongside a high-caliber team of designers, product managers, engineers, and tax managers. As one of our senior individual contributors, you'll have the opportunity to shape our products, influence a brand new design system from the ground up, and raise the quality bar across everything we build.
This is a hands-on Staff IC role reporting to the Head of Design, with a strong focus on systems thinking, craft, and execution.
