- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Have customer service experience (call centre experience is an advantage).
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Are customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Are available to start as soon as possible.
