A is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join the team. The position is based in Islamabad with Monday-Friday working days and offers a monthly salary between PKR 125,000 and 150,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- HR operations and employee relations
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- HR policy implementation and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
Conditions
- Location: G-11, Islamabad
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (5 Days a Week)
