We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 5-8 years in backend C#/.NET Core development, preferably with banking or financial fintech experience, to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development using C#.NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+
- Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable backend applications
- Experience with API development, integration, and API management platforms
- Deep understanding of data serialization and financial messaging formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
- Experience in the banking or financial technology industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with modern banking architectures, including Java/Spring Boot microservices and core banking platforms, is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and technical decision-making skill
