Clearance: U.S. Citizen, SCI cleared within last 2 years.
Location: Full time on-site in Ft Meade, Maryland.
Experience and knowledge :
Minimum of 10 years supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity operations, SIGINT operations, and cyber mission integration.
Experience supporting, Army, INSCOM, NSA, ARCYBER, USCYBERCOM, or other Intelligence Community organizations.
Extensive knowledge of Army, INSCOM, NSA, ARCYBER, and DoD cybersecurity missions, authorities, and organizational structures.
Experience supporting strategic planning, capability development and enterprise modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of the relationship between Cybersecurity, SIGINT, and acquisition activities.
Working knowledge of:
Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Zero Trust Architecture
Cyber Operations
SIGINT Operations
Software Acquisition and Modernization
Advisory and Strategy
NSANET, JWICS, SIPRNET, Palantir, ArcGis 
Exceptional analytical, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently within dynamic, mission-focused environments with minimal Government oversight.

Clearance: Polygraph within last 5 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
C e rtification : Security+ or equivalent
Experience and Knowledge :
10 or more years’ experience supporting INSCOM ACO, ARCYBER, NSA, or USCYBERCOM.
JPME II Qualified or equivalent (National War College, JCWS, etc.)
Experience with software acquisition modernization and technology transition.
Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity architecture.
Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments for mission-critical systems.
Experience supporting acquisition planning, technology transition, or enterprise cybersecurity modernization.
Experience developing executive-level briefings and strategic planning documents.
