Senior Product Designer role focusing on AI transparency, user research, and consumer-facing AI product design in a hybrid NYC location.

- 5+ years of experience owning product design end-to-end.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design work, from research and problem framing to iteration and polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical systems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- High ownership mentality. You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and iterate based on real user feedback.
- Strong interest in AI-powered products. Experience designing AI systems is a plus.
- Experience working at an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
