We're looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end Google Ads management and building AI-powered marketing operations in a 20+ year company with a 4.8★ rating, working fully remote on CET hours.

Responsibilities
- Individual contributor scope — no direct reports, no management overhead
- Full ownership: Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, AI Max) + testing Meta, Microsoft, Reddit, Quora
- Build AI-powered marketing ops from day one — not "explore AI someday"
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing, strong hands-on Google Ads experience
- You're an active AI practitioner — agents, automations, custom GPTs already in your workflow
- English B2+, data-driven, autonomous
