Wiztech Limited is a fast-growing digital entertainment company in mobile gaming, looking for an IT Specialist for a full-time on-site position in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and collecting IT equipment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT Support / IT Specialist role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and user account administration.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide end-user support.
- Must be based in Cyprus and able to work on-site.
