Managing workforce housing program for construction sites, including capacity forecasting and site selection.

- builds large-scale infrastructure on aggressive timelines, and the crews who build it need a reliable place to live. This role supports the workforce housing program for our construction sites from end to end. You will forecast capacity needs, lead site selection for large-scale developments, create and drive hospitality standards and oversee the operational lifecycle of our Workforce Housing facilities to a standard our teams can count on.
- This is a builder's job. You will design the process from the ground up, not just inherit it and ensure housing planning moves at the speed of our schedule instead of a step behind.

- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

- Management and quality control Oversee Workforce Hub operations with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring that the on-site experience supports labor attraction and retention through consistent, high-standard living conditions.
- Lead comprehensive vendor evaluations, monitoring budget, facility SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs, to ensure consistent service delivery and mandate corrective action plans when performance slips.
- Define and enforce a program code of conduct that ensures a safe, comfortable and healthy environment.
- Team leadership Directly manage on-site Workforce Housing Site Coordinators, who run the day-to-day quality assurance at each Workforce Hub.
- Set standards and motivate Coordinators and vendors to elevate the experience and resolve on-site issues before they escalate.
- Capacity planning tied to the construction schedule Translate the project labor curve into a phased bed-delivery plan, and re-plan quickly when the schedule shifts.
- Surface capacity, cost, and lead time gaps early with the numbers to back them up before they become site problems.
- Partner with construction and real estate to stay ahead of shifting housing demand.
- Evaluate potential site locations, lead assessments, and navigate preliminary land-use requirements to ensure development viability
- Commercial and financial management Partner with Procurement on every RFP, vendor selection, and contract negotiation so sourcing runs through the right channel and budget objectives are met.
- Build and maintain cashflow models covering worker ramp, deposits, monthly operations fees, and per diem offsets.
- Reconcile modeled estimates against actuals on a fixed cadence, and flag variance to leadership before it turns into a surprise in an executive review — not after.
- Track program spend against budget line by line and defend the business case when questioned.
- Operational execution, data, and reporting Stand up new Workforce Hubs with a focus on safety, hospitality, rapid mobilization, clear communications, and day-one readiness.
- Build the repeatable playbooks and SOPs that let us open the next site faster than the last.
- Use technology to scale how we measure and report on resident experience quality so quality visibility is maintained as we scale.
- A proven operator who has stood up and run complex, multi-stakeholder programs, ideally in construction, energy, hospitality, remote facilities, or large-scale logistics.
- Someone who builds processes from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, reporting rhythms, and clear decision rights.
- Strong commercial and financial fluency, comfortable owning models, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Sharp judgment on quality and a low tolerance for "close enough" when crews depend on the outcome.
- A clear, credible communicator with executives who is equally comfortable onsite solving problems in person.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring field or site-based teams, with a focus on coaching performance and maintaining high service standards.
- Based in Dallas, with willingness to travel to sites as needed.
