Responsibilities
- Scale international mobile projects with hybrid monetization (IAP + IAA) and large budgets (from $300k/month, up to $7M at peak)
- Work with top SRN channels
- Influence growth strategy across multiple mobile products
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Paid Social (SRN) in GameDev
- Experience managing and scaling large performance budgets
- Confident analytical skills (ROAS, LTV, cohorts)
- Hypothesis-driven approach to testing and optimization
