• Partner closely with engineering and product design in a product trio to discover and deliver impactful solutions
• Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Define problems worth solving at the intersection of UGC, AI, and e-commerce
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities
• Drive fast iteration cycles from discovery to delivery and learning
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Work closely with GTM, sales, and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and feedback loops
• Become a domain expert in UGC, customer behavior, and AI-driven product capabilities
• 5–7 years of product management experience in SaaS companies
• Proven experience working in empowered product teams
• Strong product discovery and delivery skills
• Experience building or contributing to customer-facing products
• Experience building 0→1 products
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams
• Strong analytical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience building AI / LLM-based products or features
• Experience working with data-rich products or recommendation / insight systems
• Background in UGC, reviews, or customer engagement products
• Experience in e-commerce or marketing technology
• Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering
