Responsibilities
- Manage online and offline sales as one integrated system
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and business metrics
- Increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall performance
- Manage assortment, pricing, margins, and forecasting
- Coordinate marketing and sales operations
- Lead and develop the team
- Optimize internal processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce management
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Data-driven and strategic mindset
- Fluent Russian and English
- Valid Cyprus work permit
Nice to have
- FMCG or premium retail experience
- Understanding of CRM, customer journey, and unit economics
