Flaky Pastry, a fast-growing brand expanding across the UAE, is hiring for multiple positions including Sous Chef, Store Manager, Pastry Head Chef, Hot Kitchen Head Chef, HR Manager, and Junior Content Creator.
Responsibilities
- Abu Dhabi: Sous Chef (Bakery & Pastry) – 2-3 years pastry experience, laminated dough & viennoiserie knowledge, leadership skills
- Store Manager – Premium café/restaurant management experience, strong people leadership, commercial awareness
- Dubai (Multi-Store & Head Office): Pastry Head Chef – Senior pastry leadership, multi-store consistency, UAE driving licence required
- Hot Kitchen Head Chef – Modern café/brunch background, menu development, UAE driving licence required
- HR Manager – Hospitality HR experience, UAE labour law knowledge, UAE driving licence required
- Junior Content Creator – Strong Reels & TikTok filming and editing skills, portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging short-form content, entry-level candidates welcome
