Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with artists and programmers
- Create tools for artists
- Automate content creation processes
- Develop and maintain procedural content generation tools
- Research, develop, and maintain art production pipelines
- Improve workflows across art and development teams
- Profile content and identify performance limitations
- Ensure game content remains optimized and visually consistent
- Troubleshoot technical art and pipeline issues
- Support artists and other departments with technical solutions
Requirements
- Professional experience working with Unreal Engine 5
- Experience with HLSL
- Experience with Blueprints
- Experience with Python
- Experience creating tools for artists
- Experience with procedural content generation
- Experience creating and maintaining art pipelines
- Experience profiling content and identifying performance limitations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with artists, programmers, and other departments
Nice to have
- Experience with C++
- Experience with VEX
- Experience with Houdini
- Proficiency with Substance Designer
- Experience developing for PlayStation 5
- Experience developing for Xbox
