Drive organizational transformation through AI-first thinking, embedding AI capabilities into engineering practices, software development, customer experiences, and business operations.
Establish technology governance, engineering standards, architectural direction, and operational metrics across the organization.
Build and develop exceptional engineering leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and global scaling initiatives.
Oversee significant operating budgets, vendor relationships, investment planning, and resource allocation to maximize business outcomes.
Foster an inclusive, innovative, and customer-centric engineering culture built on accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Represent Engineering at executive leadership forums, board-level discussions where appropriate, customer engagements, and strategic partner relationships.

The Vice President of Software Engineering is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing 's software engineering vision across multiple product portfolios within the Technology Centre of Excellence. This leader provides strategic direction for global engineering organizations, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, AI-enabled products while driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable business growth.
The VP partners closely with Executive Leadership, Product, UX, Security, Data, and Customer organizations to establish long-term technology strategy, investment priorities, and organizational capability. They are accountable for building a world-class engineering culture, developing senior engineering leaders, and ensuring engineering execution consistently delivers customer and commercial outcomes.

Strong executive leadership experience partnering with Product, Design, Security, Customer Success, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
