A fast-growing property development company in Limassol is looking for a Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of residential and commercial projects.

- The portfolio includes large-scale residential and commercial developments and continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned projects from start to handover, including contractor supervision.
- Manage and coordinate the full permitting lifecycle and tendering processes.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure technical quality control.
- Manage budgeting and prepare cost analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety legislation.
- Prepare and present project progress reports.
- Ensure safe and sustainable project execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
- Good knowledge of document flow and permitting procedures with local authorities in Cyprus.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
