Over 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within an agile environment.
Tech lead role, still hands-on, able to guide the team regarding technical questions.
Proactively find problems of existing system/product and offer solutions.
Strong English and Hungarian communication skills.
Familiarity with our technology stack: Python, K8S, React, TS, MySQL, AWS.
Experience working in B2B SaaS and agile development environments, preferably in a startup or dynamic tech company.
Experience in leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Interest in AI technology and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field is an advantage.

Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives to drive optimized delivery.
Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
Engage in designing, coding, reviewing, and testing features in alignment with agile practices.
Influence the architectural direction of products, including the design and delivery of prototypes.
Solving complex problems and transforming them into business solutions.
Leveraging your expertise in the current technology stack, which includes Python, MySQL, React, AWS, K8S, Terraform and many more. 
Working on various customer-facing features and deeply technical projects that will both contribute to our long-term success
Effectively communicate delivery status and technical strategies to internal and external stakeholders
