• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience as a Principal SDET  • Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations. • Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset. • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) and code coverage tools like Sonar. • Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and a broad set of testing/analysis tools. • Experience working with globally distributed teams. • Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
