- We work as a team and as partners, so the recruitment process considers not only what we are looking for but also what is best for you.
- You'll lead a small (2-3 people), but hands-on and open-minded team of Recruitment Partners.
- You will be helping the team in looking for the best specialists on the Polish market for the Silicon Valley scale-up, with offices in PL and USA and conduct some recruitment processes yourself.

- Has 3+ years of experience in leading a team.
- Has 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry (experience in product companies is an asset) and wants to develop further in this area.
- Has more of a startup vibe approach than corporate, likes good jokes, focuses on smart&sensible solutions, enjoys a changing environment and not a formal approach.
- Can communicate easily with different stakeholders and is capable of asking the right questions to extract key insights.
- Is comfortable working with ATS and HRIS - hands-on experience with tools such as Lever, Personio, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
- Has a proven track record of hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Actively engages in operational recruitment activities - is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day hiring processes alongside the team.
- Brings a data-driven mindset to recruitment - tracks and analyzes key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness), uses data to drive decisions, and looks for opportunities to introduce automation and process improvements that increase team efficiency.
- Can organize and prioritize their own work and the work of a team, come up with their own initiatives, notice improvements to implement and think about finding solutions, not creating problems.
- Smoothly uses Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1) — we are part of the American scale-up, therefore fluent English is a must-have.
- Is available full-time and is able to show up in our Warsaw office from time to time and occasionally work in the evenings (+- 2 days a week).
- Prefers engaging with new people over "questioning" and is skilled in conducting partner recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques.
- Has a gut feeling, but can also back it up with the fact that a specific person will fit us perfectly.
- Actively looks for candidates from various sources. Feels good about sourcing, knows what Boolean search and X-Ray search are without googling it!
- Speaking of languages, you should know them well enough to be aware that Java and JavaScript are not the same. ;)
