Job Overview The Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions for enterprise customers. The role combines technical expertise, project coordination, customer support, and vendor management to ensure successful delivery of managed print projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, sales, pre-sales, service delivery teams, vendors, and customers to design, deploy, and optimize Managed Print environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows and network infrastructure, and the ability to manage projects from planning through completion. · Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent · Minimally 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, printer support, or technical support. · Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments is an advantage. · Knowledge in on premise and cloud print management solutions such as Papercut, YSoft, uniFlow, SafeCom, Equitrac and Controlsuite will be an advantage. · Basic knowledge in networking and server administration. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
