- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience writing winning differentiated Federal IT Services and Engineering proposals
- Strong business acumen, with willingness and ability to learn additional skills.
- Superior organizational skills, with special attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management; ability to project a confident leadership image to peers, subordinates and executive management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously: able to be hands-on as well as strategic
- Must work well under pressure; demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends as required by proposal schedules.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite of Products
- Proposal Repository Management experience including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to support on-site proposal responses as required
- Active TS Clearance
- Strong understanding of Software Development, Cybersecurity, and/or DevSecOps subject matter
- Experience with leading and supporting complex proposals in the DoD and Intelligence sectors
- Experience using Teams and SharePoint
- Experience using a CRM Tool such as Salesforce
- Experience with video and/or oral proposal presentations.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI for research, analysis, content generation and enhancement
- APMP certification
