The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and backup/restore strategies This role blends core DBA tasks with system administration in Windows Server. Minimum of 4 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
Experience with database administration.
Experience implementing data policies, procedures, standards.
Experience planning and development of an organization's enterprise data model.
Experience resolving data conflicts.
Experience managing data repositories.
Familiarity with backup tools, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery planning.
A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
Can be on-site 5 days a week.

Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages
Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS
Experience using NiFi for ETL workflows
Familiarity with Linux environments 
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Cloud experience
Experience migrating data between different database systems or versions, as well as integrating data from multiple sources into a unified database environment
