Expression of Interest for Technical Office Engineers with expertise in structural construction methods in UAE.

We are inviting experienced Technical Office Engineers – Methods to register their interest for future opportunities across major structural construction projects in the Middle East and the UAE. The projects are expected to include large-scale structural developments requiring experienced methods engineers with expertise in construction planning, temporary works, sequencing, and execution methodologies.

Education • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in methods engineering or technical office functions • Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations • Proven project delivery experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Technical Expertise • Experience developing construction methodologies for major structural construction packages involving reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and other large-scale structural construction activities • Strong knowledge of temporary works, construction sequencing, site logistics, and execution planning • Experience preparing method statements and construction p

Construction Methodology & Planning • Develop detailed construction methodologies for major structural construction packages • Prepare method statements, construction sequences, and temporary works procedures to support safe and efficient project execution • Review construction approaches to ensure practical, buildable, and cost-effective solutions Temporary Works & Site Logistics • Develop temporary works concepts and support implementation strategies for structural construction activities • Define site logistics layouts, crane positioning, scaffolding, shoring systems, and material handling strategies • Ensure construction methodologies are aligned with project requirements and site constraints Technical Coordination • Work closely with Technical Office Managers, engineering team
