Lead procurement strategy, governance, and operational excellence across construction and infrastructure projects in the Middle East.

We are looking for a Corporate Procurement Manager who will lead procurement strategy, governance, and operational excellence across construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Middle East. This role is responsible for driving regional procurement performance, supporting project delivery teams, strengthening supplier and subcontractor relationships, and ensuring procurement activities align with business objectives, governance requirements, and project execution needs. In this leadership role, you will work closely with project teams, engineering, commercial, tender, and operational functions while developing a high-performing procurement organization that supports large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the region.

Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline • An engineering background, particularly in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Construction-related disciplines, is strongly preferred Experience • Minimum 20 years of procurement experience within construction, engineering, EPC, or infrastructure project environments • Proven experience in a senior or corporate procurement leadership role • Extensive exposure to large-scale construction projects, multinational suppliers, and subcontractor management • Middle East experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of regional supply chains, procurement practices, and market dynamics Technical & Professional Expertise • Strong understanding of construction
