Experienced Construction Manager for marine infrastructure projects in the UAE.

We are inviting experienced Construction Managers – Marine Works to express their interest for future opportunities across major marine infrastructure projects in the Middle East and the UAE.  The projects are expected to include complex marine works, coastal infrastructure, waterfront developments, and other technically demanding marine construction projects requiring experienced site leaders with a proven track record in managing large-scale field operations.

Education • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in marine construction management • Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations • Proven project delivery experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Technical Expertise • Strong understanding of marine construction methodologies and site execution • Experience managing marine construction packages including piling, dredging, breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, block walls, and related coastal infrastructure • Strong knowledge of marine construction sequencing, site logistics, equipment deployment, and resource planning Skills & Working Style • Strong leadership and people management skil

Site Leadership & Construction Management • Lead and oversee marine construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution • Manage the overall site execution structure, providing direction to the General Site Superintendent and coordinating Marine Site Superintendents responsible for specialized work packages • Ensure marine construction activities are executed in accordance with project schedules, technical requirements, and quality standards Marine Package Coordination • Coordinate the execution of major marine construction packages including piling works, dredging, breakwaters, block walls, jetty construction, quay walls, and related coastal infrastructure • Ensure effective integration and coordination between multiple marine construction disciplines throu
