Build products based on real-time video, audio, and data streams.
Translate research into production-ready services with high performance, low latency, and excellent user experience.
Work closely with an international team of AI researchers and developers to push the boundaries of descriptive and generative video and audio models.
Maintain high code quality and enforce best software development practices within the team.
Define and implement best practices for model deployment while developing and managing Python-based microservices and APIs that integrate with GenAI models.

Strong experience in Python (async programming, multiprocessing, profiling, performance tuning).
Solid understanding of video streaming and experience with real-time systems. (GStreamer, WebRTC, RTSP, etc.)
Familiarity with messaging systems  (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Knowledge of GPU acceleration and hardware optimization.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in high-performance systems.
Experience with cloud deployment platforms on premise (AWS, Azure).
