As a rapidly expanding tech consulting company, we seek exceptional individuals to challenge, inspire, and drive our growth. Join our Talent Management team and play a pivotal role in building our Madrid office.   The role In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, networking, sourcing

Master's degree or equivalent.
Young professional (approx. 0-2 years of experience) / Recently graduated (2024/2025/2026)
Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and in English

Passion for people, recruitment, entrepreneurship, project management, recruitment and tech
Relevant experience, for example within entrepreneurship, talent acquisition, sales, business development, start-ups, networking, or similar
A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection
Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
