Campaign Execution & Optimization: You support the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and emerging channels. You monitor performance, iterate creatives, tweak targeting, and push ROI up.
Experimental Growth Frameworks: You actively use AI tools and assist in identifying opportunities to improve, implement experiments including A/B testing, and measure results.
Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the brand and product teams to create landing pages and ad copy. 
Recent Graduate: You are straight out of university with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and you have a strong drive to grow professionally.
Have ownership Mindset: You want to "own" your projects and see the direct results of your work.
Analytical & Adaptable: You can switch from a high-level creative brainstorm to a detailed data audit of a marketing campaign.
Problem Solver: You have the ability to take a messy growth experiment and transform it into a clear, executable roadmap.
Proactive Learner: Highly organized and able to manage overlapping timelines; you know how to focus on what actually moves the needle.
