• Company is a fast-growing international IT company that builds products used by millions of users worldwide. Our Polish entity operates as part of an international Group, working in close cooperation with the Group’s legal and management teams. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and strengthen the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of our Polish entity.
• Responsibilities: - Maintaining full statutory accounting records in accordance with Polish accounting and tax regulations; - Performing month-end and year-end closing; - Preparing bank transfers, as well as recording and reconciling bank transactions, including foreign currency operations; - Preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, CIT, JPK, and others, excluding PIT) and monitoring statutory deadlines; - Recording and reconciling payroll entries for approximately 50 employees; - Preparing and posting sales invoices and allocating costs to projects; - Preparing periodic reports for external institutions (GUS, NBP) and statutory financial statements, under the supervision of the Chief Accountant; - Cooperating with auditors and public authorities during audits and inspections; - Ver
• Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in full-scope accounting for a limited liability company (Sp. z o.o.) and/or in an accounting firm in an independent accounting role; - Knowledge of the Enova365 accounting system; - Very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations; - A high level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail; - Communicative level of English.
• Will Be a Plus: - Russian language proficiency; - Experience in an international group of companies; - Experience in IT or software development businesses.
