Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;
Determine selection criteria;
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews;
Assess candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System;
Update and maintain candidate information in an Applicant Tracking System;
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the international environment;
Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization;
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (recruiting for IT/Tech roles would be an advantage);
Familiarity with social media, sourcing channels, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter);
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
