- Business Development: Identify, structure, and close data licensing or data-as-a-service deals with merchants, partners, and platforms. You understand how data is priced, packaged, and sold.
- Product Build: Define and ship the AI data product that the business needs — working alongside engineers to build multi-agent systems grounded in 's first-party behavioural and transaction data.
- Commercial Architecture: Design monetisation models for AI-enhanced data products — from API access tiers to white-label agent deployments.
- Go-to-Market: Shape the narrative and pitch 's data moat to external partners. You've done this before — in data syndication, data clean rooms, or programmatic data markets.
- Rapid Validation: Move from commercial hypothesis to working prototype fast. You test with real partners, not just internal stakeholders.
- Domain Depth: You've worked in data licensing, data monetisation, or data marketplace businesses — and you understand how data products are structured, valued, and sold.
- Builder Instinct: You've either built a data platform, scoped one with engineers, or owned a product that sits on top of proprietary data. You can spec what needs to be built without a PM interpreter.
- Commercial Drive: You think in revenue, margin, and deal structure — not just DAUs and retention curves.
- AI Literacy: You don't need to write the code, but you understand LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks well enough to make product decisions.
- Operator Mindset: You're comfortable with ambiguity. You find the data you need, you talk to customers directly, and you ship.
- Impact First: You measure success in GMV uplift, revenue unlocked, and advertiser retention — not roadmap velocity.
