- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can tell a story and make ideas resonate.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; you enjoy connecting dots and people.
- A self-starter with a “can’t-is-not-an-option” mindset — resilient, curious, and ready to learn fast.
- A problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
