• We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce & DTC Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within e-commerce and direct-to-consumer roles. This role includes teaching core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development skills, as well as helping clients manage e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings and conversion rates. Coaches also guide clients on customer acquisition, customer retention, digital marketing, SEO for e-commerce, market research, and fulfillment & logistics, along with applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to their e-commerce work.
