• We're seeking an experienced Dental Residency Coach to work with students navigating the dental residency application process from start to finish. This role includes helping students with specialty selection and program selection, and building an overall application strategy and match strategy. Coaches also support students with personal statement and essay writing, resume review, and securing strong letters of recommendation. Additional guidance includes preparing for interviews, navigating financial aid & scholarships, understanding licensing requirements, discussing clinical rotations, and developing a waitlist strategy when needed.
