Provide operations and maintenance support for communication and information service capabilities including VTC systems and related equipment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Responsible for service support activities at level 1, 2 service support to level 3 activities when required according to defined competence area.
Требования
- 3 Years professional experience in the required area
- Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Collaboration- (Code 100-890 CLTECH) or equivalent qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco UCM and CUC.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Collaboration End points (Cisco 79XX, 88XX series phones).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco MGCP, CUBE.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VoIP and SIP Signalling.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting ISDN, FXO lines.
- Poly Video Professional (Code- VIDEO-PRO) or equivalent qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of NATO Polycom video conferencing solutions, including hardware and software components.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Polycom endpoints, infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols relevant to video conferencing (e.g., SIP, H.323).
- Familiarity with other related technologies such as VoIP, codecs, and Unified Communications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard collaboration services (such as Skype, WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, and multiple language platforms).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - One core exam (CCNP Enterprise) and one additional concentration exam).
- The Computing Technology Industry Association- CompTIA Network+ certification (Code N10-008).
- Poly Solutions Expert (Code- INFADV-EX).
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - (Code 200-301).
- The Computing Technology Industry Association- CompTIA Network+ certification (Code N10-008).
- NATO UHF TACSAT Basic (ETF Code A0037) or equivalent certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Deployable Satellite communications and associated systems (e.g. SATCOM, VHF, UHF, HF, LOS.).
- In-depth knowledge of computer operating systems.
- NATO UHF TACSAT Applications & Database Manager (ETF Code A0038).
- Able to listen, speak, read, and write in English to or above the NATO SLP 3333 (= good/minimum professional) in accordance with STANAG 6001.

- EUFOR Secret network: Used by the personnel deployed under the EUFOR Crisis Establishment (CE).
- NATO Secret network: Used by the personnel deployed under the NATO CE.
- NATO Unclassified network: Used by all NATO, EUFOR personnel including Local Civilian Hires (LCHs).

- 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
