Manage operations and maintenance of communication and IT service infrastructure for NATO and allied projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Обязанности
- Responsible for daily management of the site-specific activities (L1 and L2 support as per 13.3 and 14 of this SOW) and be the contact point for the Host Nation.
- Act as the local Point of Contact and interface to the client for all operational topics.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all onsite personnel which are part of the service delivery team including technical, HR and other activities.
- Responsible for periodic reviews with both local and external stakeholders in relation to contract performance.

- Able to listen, speak, read, and write in English to or above the NATO SLP 3333 (= good/minimum professional) in accordance with STANAG 6001.

- Previous NATO experience
- Previous operational theatre experience such as (Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq etc)
- In-depth knowledge of NATO and NCIA Service Desk processes and procedures.
- Experience with ITIL-based configuration management processes.

- Routers
- Switches
- Firewalls
- Crypto Systems
- Servers and Mass Storage devices
- Cabling and access points.
- Tactical Satellite Systems (TACSAT)
- INMARSAT
- Harris Radios.
- EUFOR Secret network: Used by the personnel deployed under the EUFOR Crisis Establishment (CE).
- NATO Secret network: Used by the personnel deployed under the NATO CE.
- NATO Unclassified network: Used by all NATO, EUFOR personnel including Local Civilian Hires (LCHs).

- 5 Years’ experience as a project or service manager in an operational IT service delivery environment
- 5 Years’ experience as a project manager, preferably with PRINCE 2 certification or operating within a PRINCE 2 environment.
- 3 Years’ experience with working in accordance with ITIL principles and practices.
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- PRINCE 2 Practioner Certification
- Minimum National or NATO Secret
- 100% Onsite
- Primary working location is Sarajevo, BiH
- 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime and on call activities
- Rotation schedule for in country activities and vacation periods
- Local travel between official NATO locations
- Minimal international business travel
- July 2024 to December 2025
- With 3 x 1-year options (2026,2027,2028)
